Emitted when a player starts a cool-off or self-exclusion. Payload: playerId; timestamp (RFC 3339); exclusionType (COOL_OFF, TEMPORARY_EXCLUSION, or PERMANENT_EXCLUSION); restrictedCategories (non-empty list of blocked vertical codes, uppercase, e.g. ["ALL"], ["SLOTS","JACKPOTS"], ["SPORTS"], ["LIVE_CASINO"]); durationDays (length in days; omit, null, or 0 when not applicable such as PERMANENT_EXCLUSION); startTimestamp (RFC 3339, when the restriction begins); endTimestamp (RFC 3339 when the period ends; omit or null for permanent).
